The 10 days before the wedding were so, so fun. Thursday the 1st were my bridals, where I felt like a model/princess the whole time. My photographer, Michelle Kemp, is so awesome and I had a blast working with her. After seeing a few sneak -peeks of the bridals I can definitely tell she knows what she's doing- she made me look gorgeous. Based on those pictures alone, Nancy (Mitch's mom) thinks I should be a model to pay our way through school...hahah. I wish...
Thursday was also the day that my family drove in from texas! It was so fun to see everyone and play! And I was so glad Mom was able to be at my bridals, I think she had a blast too. The next 9 days were split between my family and Mitch's. His family rented a cabin in Sundance for the 10 days before the wedding since they had so much family coming to visit. It was so much fun getting to know them better, I felt right at home with them! We spent a lot of time cooking, sharing family stories, and just enjoying the gorgeous view from their back patio of Stewart falls. They had a family reunion which was so nice for them, since they hadn't really gotten together in a long time, and it was a good opportunity for me to meet all of Mitch's extended family. I will say they are about as colorful as the Johnson family, and they take pride in it :D

One day for fun, Mitch's brother Paul was awesome and took us up in his plane! We flew through Provo Canyon and just enjoyed the scenery...until he started doing fancy maneuvers- then the Gs hit me. Now I know to a small extent how astronauts feel in those crazy flight simulators!!

Thursday the 8th I went to the Mt Timpanogos temple to receive my endowments. Later that evening, Mitch's family invited mine up to their cabin where we had Henrietta for dinner and just had fun sitting around talking and getting to know each other. Our families really get along so great, I couldn't be more pleased :) Good thing too, since we'll have all of eternity together :)
